By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
3. The Service
Klak turns your brand assets and business information into video ads from ready-made templates ("Scripts"). You can edit the copy and export ("Print") MP4 files.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; agencies may manage several client brands within their plan's limits.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the logos, images, text and website content you provide, and to the videos you export. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload or link, including trademarks and images, and that your ads follow the law and the rules of the platforms you publish them on. You give us a limited licence to process your content only to run the Service for you.
6. AI-written copy
Copy suggestions are generated automatically. Check every claim, price and offer before you publish; you are responsible for the ads you run.
7. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. Prints that are not used in a month do not roll over unless the pricing page says otherwise.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to create misleading, unlawful, infringing or hateful content, to break the Service, or to resell it without our written permission.
9. Our property
The Service, its templates, code and design belong to us or our licensors. Your exported videos are yours to use; the templates themselves are not for redistribution.
10. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.
11. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
