What we collect
- Account: name, email, password (stored as a hash) or your Google sign-in.
- Brand and business data you give us: the website address you paste, the logo, colours, fonts and public page text we read from it, and anything you upload or type.
- Videos: the projects, copy and video files you create.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We keep your plan, invoice history and the last digits of your card, never the full card number.
- Usage and device: pages visited, how you arrived (referrer or campaign tag), approximate country from your IP address, browser and device type.
Why we use it
- To run the Service: sign-in, building your brand kit, writing copy, rendering videos, support.
- To bill you and prevent fraud.
- To send service emails (receipts, password resets) and, if you have not opted out, product news.
- To understand and improve the Service.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (copy generation from your business information), Google (sign-in, and analytics when you accept analytics cookies), and our hosting provider [HOSTING PROVIDER].
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember how you found us (klak_ft, klak_lt, klak_vid, klak_vs), and your cookie choice (klak_consent). Analytics cookies are set only with your consent where the law requires it. You can change your choice from the footer at any time.
How long we keep it
Account and project data while your account is open, then deleted within [PERIOD] unless the law requires us to keep it (for example invoices).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing, by emailing support@klak.so. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
